Hello I’m Christie,
I am a mum and certified Birth and Postpartum and VBAC Doula supporting women and families on the Central Coast and Newcastle.
My role is to walk beside you and your family, offering emotional reassurance, practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, trauma informed care and unwavering support so you feel confident, calm, and empowered in your choices.
With a nurturing presence and a deep respect for the individuality of each birth, I create a safe space where you can lean into your intuition and welcome your baby with strength and love. I also offer in-home pregnancy and postnatal massage, ensuring your body and mind are cared for throughout this season of life.
With a love of all things pregnancy and birth, I have a passion for supporting women to feel encouraged, supported and cared for throughout the perinatal period, I care deeply about not only the end result but the journey and your experience.
As I walk through this transformative journey with women the goal is for women to feel emotionally safe, supported and seen - every step from bump to baby.
