About Dee

Hi, I’m Dee, an Irish-born doula now living in Sydney for the past 20 years, with my husband, two teenagers, and a fur baby.

As a doula, I offer birth and postpartum support - whatever that looks like for your family. Having raised my own family far from home, I know how important it is to find and nurture a supportive community, no matter where your loved ones are.

I’d describe myself as grounded, a good listener, and a bit of a creative, with an incurable travel bug and a love of fun and new adventures!

I bring a calmness, and a deep respect for the emotional journey of pregnancy and birth. I believe that when women feel supported, informed, and heard, it transforms not only their birth experience but also how they step into motherhood. My hope is to walk beside you, to nurture, guide, and remind you of your own incredible strength along the way.

My approach is warm, holistic, and evidence-based, blending intuition with practical guidance to help you feel confident, cared for, and empowered at every stage of your journey.
